The more complex, the more beautiful, the more interesting people we develop ourselves into, the more that we can give back to our kids.

I Believe..

There is power in self-love. When a woman loves herself profoundly and lives life from that place of love, she can accomplish anything. Women are magical, visionary and loving.

My Story

Shortly after meeting my husband, I transitioned into a new career and had a baby. My life completely changed. I was so caught up in working and raising my little guy that I barely took time for myself. I forgot how to be Elly.

I fell out of sync with myself. I was tired and restless. I lost interest in the everyday things and completely ignored the big things like sleep. Most days, I didn’t want to leave the house.

I didn’t know at the time but I was experience postpartum anxiety. The illness became so bad, my mother had to intervene and take me to the emergency room where I was diagnosed with postpartum anxiety.

With medical support and the love of my family, I started seeing glimpses of the woman I used to be. I started to feel happiness and show kindness to myself. Along the way, I forgave myself and started to live my life on my terms.

Now, I have two beautiful sons, a wonderful step-daughter and a loving husband. I share my anxiety story with you because it is a huge part of my journey. After putting systems in place to help me manage my anxiety, I started to rebuild my life.

After staying home with my oldest for two years, I went back to work full-time as an educational administrator. I’ve also started two businesses.

My Journey

I am on this journey with you. I am nowhere near perfect. I work on my professional, personal, mental and spiritual life daily. I know that to be my best genuine self, I need to work on building myself up every day.

I work with women who are moms to help them re-align to their values and determine their next steps in life. Steps that aren’t about their family but about their own journey.

I’m here to share my journey with you and hope you will come to trust me enough to share your story with me.
